Program name
Missed Call Recovery, operated by Sundays Ice Cream, LLC.
Program description
Missed Call Recovery sends a text message to a person whose phone call to a participating business was not answered. The message asks what the caller needs help with, so the business can follow up. You will receive customer service messages relating to your own inquiry. This is not a marketing or promotional program, and you will not receive advertising through it.
How you consent to receive messages
By placing a phone call to a business that uses Missed Call Recovery, you consent to receive a text message reply at the phone number you called from if your call is not answered. Messages are sent only in reply to your inbound call, and only to the number that placed it. We do not purchase, rent, or upload phone numbers from any list.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only in response to a phone call you place, and in reply to messages you send us.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
How to rejoin
If you have opted out and would like to receive messages again, simply call the business again and, if the call is not answered, reply to the message you receive.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Use of the service
The Missed Call Recovery service is provided to businesses to help them respond to customers whose calls were not answered. Messages sent through the service are informational and do not constitute a quote, a binding appointment, a price commitment, or a guarantee of service. Any pricing, scheduling, or work agreement is made directly between the customer and the business.
No emergency service
This service is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you have an emergency, call 911. Do not rely on a text message to report a dangerous condition.
Accuracy
We work to deliver messages promptly and accurately, but we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered, or delivered without delay. Message delivery depends on wireless carriers and networks outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sundays Ice Cream, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service, including undelivered or delayed messages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
